    We provide a 2-year warranty on the product, covering issues such as powdering, cracking, delamination, and color fading. The manufacturer also offers product and installation guidance and can recommend professional installation teams. However, issues arising from improper installation, such as cracking of the base layer, uneven surface preparation, rainy weather during installation, or failure to use the recommended adhesive, are not covered under the warranty.

    No, flexible stone will not powder. It has undergone strict 2000-hour aging tests, equivalent to 40-50 years of use on interior/exterior walls, without powdering, cracking, or delaminating. During the cutting process of small samples, a small amount of dust may appear on the surface, but this is not a sign of powdering from the product itself. You can use it with confidence.

  • 44. What adhesive should be used to install flexible stone?

    Flexible stone should be installed using the dedicated eco-friendly adhesive designed specifically for it. The adhesive consists of two components: A dry powder and B emulsion. These components are mixed thoroughly before use, similar to a cement slurry. The adhesive has been tested and found to be free of harmful substances like formaldehyde and TVOCs. Inspection reports are available upon request.
